Recently, I have discovered whole new styles of music. Against my will. What is it about people BLARING their damn music? Can I not enjoy my OWN music? Or, perish the thought, some peace and quiet? If I am sitting on one end of a 12' bench in Union Station, and you are sitting at the other, I really shouldn't be able to tell that you are listening to Bjork on your iPod. And I if I am in my office, with the doors closed, quietly listening to trance, I shouldn't hear your hip hop garbage pouring out of your car from across the street. I mean, I heard this car coming before I even figured out which was the offending party!
